Items are fed to the pool of our trained moderators, and reviewed for violations. Our basic review will mark items as Risk or No Risk (if you require custom queues and tags our team can set that up).
If you choose to integrate your social media handles or community with our tool, Risk items can be actioned on by us or sent back to your own team for action.
Pre-Moderation
UGC is reviewed before it is published. Pre-moderation can prevent harmful content from ever being seen and allow you to identify bad actors before anything goes live. This will also create a higher volume of content that needs moderation.
Post-Moderation
Post-moderation will rely more on AI flags and reporting from other users to identify harmful content. This will result in a lower volume of content that needs to be moderated, which could be better for those on a budget but will increase the chance of harmful content making it live on your site or community.
